Extra guest in room per night:25 €
Extra guest in room per night for High Season:35 euro.
Baby cots are free of charge.

Transfer Service:

We can arrange for your arrival & departure transfers:On Request.
In this case, we need your arrival details at least one day prior to your check-in date.

Children Policy:

-Children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
-Children under 2 years stay free of charge for cot.
-Older children  are charged as an extra person.

Booking Policy

- For Reservations up to 4 nights:
We require the cost for the first  night as a deposit.

-For reservations 5 - 7 nights:
We require the cost for the first  2 nights as a deposit.

-For reservations 8-12 nights:
We require the costs for the first 3 nights as a deposit.

You sign the receipt and pay the balance at your departure.

Cancellation Policy

No fee is charged for cancellation prior to 21 days before the confirmed arrival date and the deposit is totally refunded.

From 7 to 19 days results in 50% of the stay

From 1 to 6 days results in 75% of the stay

For no show or departure prior to the scheduled check out date results in 100% charge.
