In line with advice from the global health authorities and the Greek Ministry of Health,Reverie Hotel has intrοduced an in-depth cleanliness and disinfection  Safety Protocol to ensure your safety and peace of mind during your stay with us.

Herewith, we would like to present to you only some of the measures we have introduced:

  • All our staff is informed and trained in health protocols for COVID-19.
  • Hand alcohol station, masks and disposable gloves are available in the lobby.
  • There is an acrylic protective shield between staff and guests in the main contact area of the reception.
  • Additional cleaning of public areas and frequently touched surfaces (door handles / reception desk, sunchairs) using disinfectant.
  • Contactless , Online & private check-in is available.
  • Disinfection of key cards with special container for disinfection (UV light).
  • Extension of check-out and check-in between stays to ensure that between different customers the room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, as well as that adequate natural ventilation of the space is followed.
  • Prohibition of entry into the rooms to non-residents.
  • We have removed many decorative objects, menus and folders from our rooms. 
  • Frequent control of the chlorine level and PH adjustment in the swimming pool.
  • Application of HACCP in our hotel kitchen (Food Safety).
  • Breakfast will be served to your room, no extra cost is applied for this service. You can use the hotel's online application (QR code available also) to order and make your breakfast selection.
  • Rooms and bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after every stay. We disinfect all the touch points & surfaces (e.g. handles, light switches, telephone). We also clean the filters of the air-conditioner. We change all the room linen and the disposable covers of the remote controls. We naturally air the room for at least 4 hours before check-in.
  • All the Property linen are washed on a very high temperature.
  • You can use the hotel's online application to control and request easily all our housekeeping services.

 

WE SUPPORT OUR GUESTS BY PROVIDING FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Guests who cancel their reservation less than 14 days before arrival,because of COVID-19 (even if it is ONE day before check in date),they will not pay any extra cancellation fee and the deposit charged will be returned to them in a form of credits for future reservation within next TWO years.The deposit will not be lost.  
  • Guests who cancel their DIRECT RESERVATION  because of border restrictions or flight bans (as impact of pandemic),they get Free Cancellation and the deposit is totally refunded.
